Processing Times

Each order is carefully prepared and packaged by hand. Please allow 1-2 Business Days for processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During busy periods or special releases, processing times may take slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the USA,
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and chosen delivery method.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5 - 8 Business Days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2 - 4 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal service delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to:

Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local postal service or government.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
If you haven’t received tracking details within 4 days of your order confirmation, please contact us at starlitgrovegoods@gmail.com, and we’ll be happy to help.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

While we take great care in packing each order, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 2 days of delivery at Starlitgrovegoods@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We’ll do our best to make it right.


Local Orders & Delivery

We currently offer local drop-off only for cookie orders within the Weatherford, Texas region. Local pickup options are in the works and we hope to make them available soon.

Local Drop-Off

Local drop-offs are scheduled based on availability and typically take place within 1- 2 Days after your order is confirmed. You’ll receive an email or text message once your order is ready and a delivery window has been arranged.

Please ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and that someone will be available to receive your order during the scheduled drop-off window.

Event & Bulk Orders

For larger cookie orders or special occasions such as holidays, parties, or events, please note this in the order comments at checkout.

We kindly ask that you plan at least one day ahead of when you’ll need your order to ensure everything is prepared and delivered fresh. For very large or custom event quantities, you’re welcome to reach out before ordering to confirm availability.
