This is a non caffeinated blend (but not suited for pregnancy). It has a bold herbal, earthy base with light floral and citrus finish. 

A blend of Nettle, Mugwort, Lemon Balm, Jasmine, Marshmallow Root, Lemon Peel, Lavender, and Rosemary. 

For the most balanced cup, we especially recommend preparing this blend with honey and fresh lemon, a pairing that brightens and rounds the deeper herbal notes while quietly honoring Artemis’ connection to wild honey and the natural world.

As a reminder, mugwort should never be used while pregnant or trying to become pregnant. 

Each blend is hand mixed in small batches.

Blend Notes:

Contains mugwort. Not recommended during pregnancy or for those sensitive to Asteraceae (daisy) family plants. May cause drowsiness in some individuals. Marshmallow root may slow medication absorption. Consider taking medications separately from this blend.
