A mix of Bancha Green Tea, Dried Strawberry, Hibiscus, Pomegranate Peel, Basil, Spearmint, and Lavender.

It has a herbal base with a cooling, berry finish. 

This tea is lightly caffeinated and great hot or iced (but does require immediate chilling after a hot brew, if enjoying iced)!

Each blend is hand mixed in small batches.

Serving Suggestion Tips:

Enjoy hot or iced. Honey, mandarin orange, or lemon wedge optional. 

Brew Temp  - 175 - 185 

Brew Time - HOT  - 5 -7 Mins 

Brew Time - ICED - 6 - 8 Mins then IMMEDIATELY CHILL, even if not enjoying right away. This helps preserve the flavor and help keep the green tea from making the batch bitter. 

Blend Notes:

Use caution or ask your medical provider if you take blood pressure or diabetes medications. Not for use during pregnancy (hibiscus; possible uterine stimulation risks, cramping).
